Research On Conservation And Reuse For Modern Bank Buildings In Changchun

In the process of Changchun city flourish in modern times,the rapid development of economy is accompanied by the rise of the banking sector.N o matter in the northeast and even the whole country,Changchun modern bank buildings as unique historical context occupy an important place in both quantity and quality.These buildings tells the Changchun modern financial history,recording the venation of city development,has the very high conservation value.But in recent years,under the influence of multiple factors,Changchun modern bank buildings has been a handful.Most of them have been damaged in different extent and need to be protected.The p urpose of this paper is to improve people's awareness of the value of the modern bank buildings so that more people throw themselves into the protection of Changchun modern history through the study of the protection and reuse of these old buildings.This paper is divided into four parts:In the first part,the paper illustrates why the author choose this subject and expounds the relevant research background and the basic information of the research object.Then list the research framework of this article.Then to overview the development of modern banking in northeast China as the breakthrough point,it concretely introduces the modern history of banking in Changchun,northeast major cities and regions,and further describes the Changchun modern major banks,offering a comprehensive historical basis for later in-depth analysis of Changchun modern bank buildings remaining.In the third part,from the perspective of architecture it analyzes the existing style and characteristics of the modern bank buildings in detail in Changchun.finally by setting the value evaluation method,combining with an instance of the argument above,the remaining Changchun modern bank buildings have been made reasonable evaluation so as to distinguish the value of the correspondin g protection level,and on this basis,this paper discusses the feasible protection and reuse strategies and methods.Protection is to continue life,and reuse is to give building a new life.This is of great significance for valuable old buildings.Hope t he research achievements of this paper can make some contributions to the protection and reuse of Changchun modern buildings and play a role of referenced in related practice for the future.
