The Application Of Light Steel Structure System In The Lower Houses

Along with urbanization,residential construction in our country still has decades of high-speed development period,residential construction resources reasonable development and the sustainable development problem has increasingly become the focus of attention.In recent years,major cities has been disable solid clay brick,sand field is restricted or partly closed.On the other hand,China's steel output more than one hundred million tons a year,to become the world's steel production power.If can be used in residential construction steel structure building technology,not only can promote the development of metallurgical industry and related building materials industry,but also can improve the level of housing industrialization in our country.So the state began to stage preferential policies to encourage positive and reasonable application of steel structure construction industry.In 2001,approved by the state economic and trade commission,the research center of the light steel structure residential building development and application of general system "as the breakthrough point of construction steel in our country,officially listed in the national key technical innovation projects,the steel structure housing caused extensive attention from all walks of life.Light steel housing by its unique superior performance is more and more get the favour of people,however,light steel structure used in civil residence,in our country is still in its infancy,the light steel structure housing technology in China and Europe and the United States,Japan and other developed countries of advanced technology,there are large gaps,especially on lower houses.Therefore,in order to strengthen the lower suitable light steel structure housing system research is necessary.This article adopts the method of qualitative analysis,from the perspective of practical application and development at home and abroad,the light steel structure system in the application of low-rise residential buildings were discussed.Full text first starts with the background of research,the application of light steel structuresystem in low-rise residential,relevant advantages,expounds the structure characteristic and type,Secondly the light steel structure system in our country,the application of low-rise residential issues facing the present situation,the possibility and analysis summarized;Finally in the light steel structure of low-rise housing system and discusses,on the basis of the proposed application development suitable to our national condition of low-rise light steel keel structure residential architecture design.
