With the China’s economic rising,the construction industry is developing rapidly.However,the construction unit and design have both good and bad.Buildings will always more or less have the problem of the quality.Whether it is from the safety,comfort,and aesthetics aspects,it will let the users felt uncomfortable.Among them,the crack problem is one of the key issues.There are many types of cracks,for example,settlement cracks,load cracks,contraction cracks,and temperature cracks,etc.just to name a few.This paper will mainly study the temperature cracks of concrete foundation.Due to the large size of the base concrete,the temperature cracks produced mainly in the construction phase.In the construction process,the temperature difference between the table and the inside,the temperature difference between the inside and the bottom,the temperature difference between surface and atmosphere,the temperature difference between bottom and soil.All of them will cause the temperature stress generations.In this paper,the measures taken to reduce the temperature cracks in the construction process of the foundation concrete are summarized.That is to reduce the temperature difference and the temperature stress.For example,Using high strength cement,by adding participate agents to reduce the amount of cement,and then reduce the generation of hydration heat,configure temperature Ribs,reduce internal and external constraints,etc.In this paper,the mechanism of concrete is fully analyzed.The reasons of temperature crack in each layer are studied.By force analysis the stress is compared with the ordinary plate.We can draw relevant conclusions,for other researchers to provide a reference.Through access to relevant information can be found,in the past,the authors studied the temperature stress.In this paper,the force analysis and simulation,will fully consider the actual conditions.Constraint condition is an important cause of temperature crack.However,the scholars only have to carry on the text to discuss and observe the engineering example;finally,measures to reduce constraints are taken.Based on the full summary of the research results of scholar Finite element simulation was carried out to select the raft foundation as the object of study.The constraint conditions are selected as follows:(1)unconstrained raft concrete self restraint;(2)the reinforcement of steel bars;(3)the restraint of the floor;(4)other external constraints,(5)the surrounding soil mass,etc.Finally,combined with the engineering example analysis and related calculation,take measures to control and prevent temperature cracks and construction measures,And less temperature cracks.
