It is a kind of high porosity structure concrete, has a very good permeability and permeability, has a good permeability and permeability characteristics, and the plant can grow directly on its surface, has the function of improving the environment. In addition, China's current annual emissions and the cumulative stock of one of the largest industrial waste gangue, the ecological environment and social environment have constituted a serious threat. In the face of increasing emissions of coal gangue, if not to take effective measures of energy saving and environmental protection for the rapid absorption of coal gangue, the social benefits, economic benefits and environmental benefits can not be made up for the loss. Therefore, the combination of these two aspects, we put forward a kind of coal gangue as coarse aggregate antifreeze vegetation concrete. It can not only use of coal gangue and slope landscaping, kill two birds with one stone.This topic research relying on “Shandong Province Major Water Research and Technology Promotion Projects the Antifreeze Abandoned Mineral Admixtures Vegetation Concrete in the Ecological River Green Lining Application”(project number: SDSLTG201604) based on the south to North Water Diversion Project Heze section of slope protection, the Yellow River flow domain Heze section slope protection as well as the country to vigorously advocate the sponge urban construction in China north area water resources, urban and transportation construction needs to carry out. This paper analyzes the coal gangue aggregate antifreeze vegetation concrete porosity, permeability coefficient, pH value, compressive strength and frost resistance of the indicators and explore the coal gangue in vegetation concrete application feasibility and optimal dosage:(1) The effective porosity of coal gangue concrete coarse aggregate vegetation were greater than 21%, coefficient of permeability were above 2cm/s, permeable soil are better than normal, porosity and permeability coefficient are in line with demand for plant growth, total porosity, permeability coefficient were and effective porosity of a linear relationship.(2) The value of the concrete pore water pH of the coarse aggregate of the coal gangue in 24 h is increasing and the effective porosity is positive correlation, and the pH value of the coal gangue coarse aggregate to the vegetation concrete will not have the influence.(3) Early coal gangue aggregate antifreeze vegetation concrete compressive strength has a small rise, late compressive strength were decreased. According to the results of compressive strength, when the vegetation concrete mixed with coal gangue coarse aggregate control in less than 40%, the compressive strength can satisfy the requirement.(4) With the increase of the content of coarse aggregate of coal gangue, the damage of freezing and thawing is accelerated, the content of coal gangue coarse aggregate is controlled within 40%, and the vegetation concrete can withstand freezing and thawing times to reach 125 times, and the frost resistance grade reaches F100.(5) After adding fiber, powder and coal gangue coarse aggregate, although the compressive strength of vegetation concrete decreased, but the decrease was smaller, based on the optimal compressive strength and freeze-thaw cycle, the maximum principle of waste mineral material is used, the amount of coal gangue coarse aggregate content is determined to be about 40%.
