Application Research On Green Real Estate Project Management Mode

With the continuous development of the times,people's ecological awareness has been improved,and the protection of the ecological environment has become the theme of our times.So we need from life to change and optimize the environment,the traditional real estate project management pattern has been unable to meet our requirements,we need a new,green,healthy,ecological mode of project management,green management operations.This paper mainly on Application of green project management mode are analyzed,through the method of comparative analysis,comparing the differences between the traditional model of project management and project green management mode;then the concept of life cycle green management has combed and explained;finally,in Shenyang City,the second phase of the project as a case study,green management mode of project management in the application of a full range of interpretation and the green management mode made comprehensive evaluation.The main research contents of this paper are the following 3 aspects:(1)in this paper,the green management mode is analyzed,the connotation of the green management mode,the relevant theoretical basis and the traditional project management model and the comparative analysis;(2)focuses on the analysis of the real estate project life cycle green management mode,and expounds the significance of implementing green management mode,and from the design stage,construction stage,the use phase,the demolition stage,and other aspects of the green management analysis,and finally puts forward some effective measures for guarantee.(3)the case analysis stage,a complete analysis of the real estate projects through the green management model,fully affirmed the green management model has the advantage.In this paper,we use the following three research methods to conduct in-depth research on the subject,respectively:(1)literature inductionThrough the literature of the relevant areas to collate,summarize the previous research results,to master the field of research in the field of research,to find the end result of this article and innovation points.(2)comparative analysisThrough the comparison of green management and the traditional management mode analysis,clear the green management mode in project management advantages and trends,a clear green management pattern in the real estate project management research focus.(3)case analysisThrough an analysis of the actual case,the green management mode is completely used in the management of real estate projects,and the application of green management mode of scientific evaluation.
