With the continuous development of society,living environment demands of people are now becomes increasing,not only on the architectural aesthetics have higher requirements,and the building indoor environment has a very high demand.For temperature,humidity,indoor concentration of harmful substances buildings have more stringent requirements.In these factors,the temperature and humidity which the air conditioner can control is most of the buildings energy consumption,in the moment of promote energy efficiency in buildings,growing energy demand determines the importance of building energy efficiency.Especially in the climate of hot summer and cold winter which impact significantly on the human body,summer air conditioning and winter heating demand for energy poses a significant challenge.Thus,the article firstly experiments and research new ways of building energy efficiency in hot summer and cold winter areas–Laboratory of near zero energy buildings established.And exploratory study of new air conditioning and heating mode in near zero energy buildings in semiconductor cold wall system.And draw a series of valuable conclusions.First,a near zero-energy laboratory in hot summer and cold winter area were set,based on envelope requirements of near-zero energy buildings,established the first nearly zero-energy laboratory in hot summer and cold winter area,numerical reconstruction building exterior heat transfer coefficient of 0.55W/(m2·k),the transformation of values outside the window heat transfer coefficient of 1.9W/(m2·k),the value of the transformation of the outer door heat transfer coefficient of 2.5W/(m2·k).And successfully established a hot and cold wall experiment body in near-zero energy buildings,installation and testing is complete.Experimental measurement of hot and cold wall experiment monomer operating current voltage value,and the size of the plate surface temperature values.After the hot and cold wall semiconductor work stablely,heat the average surface temperature reaches above 50?,And the current and voltage values stabilize unchanged,indicating cold wall modules work stability and well.In the laboratory,continuously and effectively run the experiment semiconductor hot and cold wall,Test the temperature changes in lab in different periods,software Phoenics are used to analysis temperature inside the room and air velocity field simulation,inside the lab,hot and cold walls are stable operation can be achieved after two hours of indoor heating,there are good effects,and then increase the cold wall layout area,the better.Finally,use the software to simulate the situation of introduction the new air system into the laboratory,In the case of the stable operation of the hot and cold wall,fresh air into the lab can enhance air turbulence indoor,which will help strengthen the heat transfer plate surface and air convection,it is conducive to the laboratory temperature balance.
