With the development of mechanical technology and industry,the research of parallel micro-manipulation technology is getting more and more attention,the application fields have also been gradually broaden,such as bio-engineering,medicine,etc..However,some problems and challenges have also appeared yet,in the context of the present research situation and development trend at home and abroad,small working space is a main factor of restricting the development of micro-manipulation.In this paper,much data about micro-manipulation has been introduced and collected,such as flexible hinge,actuating device,etc..A micro-displacement amplifier mechanism with the symmetric structure is designed based on guiding principles of flexible hinges and the lever amplification principle,and it has no additional direction displacement and motion accuracy etc..The working principle is given based on simulation model and kinematics model;the amplification ratio of the mechanism is calculated by mechanism principle.The finite element simulation for verification was carried on by a software of ANSYS13.0.It has been given the actual output displacement,magnification ratio and the natural frequency.The result shows that the error of the magnification ratio between theoretical calculation and finite element simulation is 7.46%.The main reason of the error is that the flexible hinge center deviation caused by deformation which is ignored in the theoretical model for simplification,and it is assumed that all parts of the mechanism are rigid except flexible hinges.Based on the micro-displacement amplification mechanism,the large stroke parallel micro-manipulation is designed,and the mechanical simulation and the control method are designed and discussed simply,the guidance and advice of subsequent processing and application prospect have been given in this paper.This paper provides theoretical basis for the actual production of the micro-displacement amplification mechanism and parallel micro-manipulation platform.
