With the rapid development of the national economy and people's living standards improved, the car as an essential means of transport in daily life, the number is growing rapidly, it bring convenient, at the same time, produced a series of problems, the problem of parking as one of the public attest phenomenon, many cities use the way of the construction of large underground garage to solve this problem, the greatest degree of difficulty to solve the parking problem and high prices of land. However, they have neglected garage innovative management model, but only the garage scale becomes large. the existing underground garage lack of advanced management system, and easily result in a waste of parking resources, including:the lack of guidance information in the parking lot; the garage information was not clear to user lead to a waste of time; parking lot entrances and exits are poorly managed, so it is easily cause congestion in parking card; expand the parking lot size increases the difficulty of reverse seeding car, users is difficult to find their car in the hard to identify the direction surroundings; personnel management was difficult to long-term presence in the harsh environment, low security garage.Social demand is the greatest driving force of technological innovation. For the above problems faced by this paper, in this paper, we design a intelligent garage management system based on video recognition, integrated license plate recognition technology, sensor technology, wireless communication technology and database technology and other advanced technology, for the current problems that large underground garage exist, complete parking spaces statistics, parking guidance and reverse car searching functions on the basis of the information collected on the garage. details are as follows:(1) planning and complete system composition and clear workflow of the entire system, including the use of license plate recognition access management, video capture and use of parking sensor technology information collection, communication management and the use of database technology to data management and statistical analysis.(2) the completion of the design of parking detector, parking detector is the key to garage information collection, including ultrasonic ranging monitoring the presence or absence of the vehicle parking for control video capture, microwave sensors to perceive moving objects, and related information through a wireless Zigbee network garage uploaded to the management center.(3) analyze and introduced of the license plate recognition technology, use the grid method to modeling and simulation garage and improve Dijkstra algorithm, the algorithm is applied to find the car reverse path planning which improve the convenience of the service garage, intelligent and humane.(4) using the C# programming and database technology to complete management center software design, complete garage information management and entrances system automatic barrier, and through establish a virtual garage to get real time dynamic information.Through a series of design and simulation experiment to test the stability and reliability of the system, proved that the system effectively improve the underground garage of intelligence and automation.
