| With the rapid development of automotive electronics application technology,consumers are increasingly demanding the safety,functionality,and comfort of family cars.New in-vehicle external auxiliary equipment is constantly updated and applied to the entire vehicle system,such as RVC/360,IVI,DI,etc.,the peripheral unit and the body control gateway establish a CAN communication network to realize data transmission interaction.In the early stage of R&D and design of body parts,it is necessary to verify whether the function of the ECU unit meets or meets the requirements of the client through the test platform,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the loading test.There are mature ECU test platforms abroad,such as Impest Value CAN and technology and data are not open to the outside world.The ECU test platform was designed to parse the client DBC file and obtain the CAN signal list related to the ECU function.On the other hand,the CAN signal parameters of the platform test interface are set and transmitted to the ECU system through the USB_CAN adapter to detect the working status of the ECU function.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)Design the CAN SAG analysis algorithm based on the DCB file to obtain the CAN information of the ECU unit,which mainly includes the message name,CANID,signal name,data type,value range,etc.Comparing the DBC file analysis results of foreign test platforms,the correctness of the CAN SAG analysis algorithm is verified.(2)Based on the function library provided by the USB_CAN adapter supplier,its secondary development can meet the CAN bus communication requirements,and can realize the data transmission and reception between the test platform and the ECU unit.(3)The comparison between the ECU unit test results and the foreign ECU test platform experimental results through the USB_CAN test platform verifies the feasibility of the design of the platform,and the reliability and stability of the platform is ensured through some environmental and stress tests.(4)Using the NI LabVIEW2018 software development environment,through the mixed programming of G and C languages,the DBC file parsing algorithm based on CAN SAG is accurately realized.Design and implement HMI interfaces such as CAN communication link configuration,signal attribute parameter editing,etc.This article successfully builds the ECU functional test platform through the USB_CAN tool,verifies the feasibility of this design from a practical point of view,and provides a certain reference for the further development and design of the subsequent test platform.At the same time,it can produce greater social and economic value. |
