Cement-based grouting material is a dry mixture which is mixed with cement, aggregates(with or without aggregate), additive and mineral admixtures and other raw materials. As a new kind of building material, Cement-based grouting material has begun to have a seat at the table in the domestic market. But there have been short of systematic and in-depth studies of the impact of cement grouting material components on the performance of the grouting material in our country, while cement-based grouting material in practical engineering application research also lack of relevant reports-both lead to a simple application of grouting materials and small scale promotion. The research of the performance of cement-based materials and its application in practical project can ensure that the strengthening design of buildings or structures to satisfy the needs of security, economy, practicality. That also can improve the application level of the building structure and promote the development of building structure reinforcement theory in our country. In conclusion, the research of building structure reinforcement has double meaning of theory and engineering applications. Based on the experimental study, the performance of cement-based grouting material properties and engineering application were preliminarily studied in this dissertation. The main work is to complete the following sections:(1) The study on mix ratio of cement-based grouting material.Study of Portland cement, expansive agent and gypsum on fluidity of cement grouting material, strength, setting time, expanded the influence of the performance. Through the test to determine the best dosage range.(2) Research on the properties of cement-based grouting material. Analysis the effect of cement superplasticizer dosage on adaptation, the strength of grout and expansion character to select the best dosage range water reducer. Erbium-doped single or complex retarder, compare its retarding effect on the grout and the strength, choosing the best and optimum dosage range retarders.(3) According to the defects arising from engineering. Mainly analyzes the mixing process, curing system, water addition effect on the macro-performance of the grouting material and put forward the use of matters needing attention.(4) Experimental study on reinforced columns by cement-based grouting material.Study their failure characteristics, bearing capacities and mechanical design calculation theory under axial compression(5) Experimental study on reinforced beams by cement-based grouting material. Study their failure characteristics, bearing capacities and mechanical design calculation theory under the action of pure bending(6) Study on the effect of cement grouting material in the retrofitting engineering.
