Physical State Of The Environment And Its Influencing Factors For Hospital Through A Large Space

The situation of large hospital building development pressure leads to large-scale,complex trend,the product through the large space building development as a universal application in hospital buildings,especially in the outpatient department,various functions and complex forms,resulting in a series of physical and environmental problems.Patient as a vulnerable group with low immunity,poor physical environment easily to stimulate the patient's comfort,compared to the normal personnel are more likely to produce dizziness,nausea,around if having to rely on air borne infectious disease patients,the consequences will be unimaginable.Doctors and nurses have been in a bad physical environment for a long time,which is very easy to reduce the work efficiency,and the mood appears to be agitated,which leads to the tension of the doctor-patient relationship and so on.Based on this background,this paper relies on the "12th Five-Year" National Science and technology support program for the status of the hospital through the large space and influencing factors.This thesis consists of three parts.The first part namely chapter one,through the collectionrelated information at home and abroadof general hospital,through space,architectural physics environment,understanding scholars' research achievements and methodsin the field,educing the research framework and research methods.The second part is the main part,By the second chapter,the third chapter,the fourth chapter.The second chapter,explicit research object--through space,analysis of the composition of the through space via the study of a large number of hospital examples,sum up the basic type of space and the characteristics of the status.The third chapter,analysis current situation.Choose the representative hospital and carry out investigation and study ofthe through space's present situation.Combined with the relevant evaluation method and standard,the sample hospital carry out comprehensivein-depth research related physical architecturalenvironment,including present situation instance,measurement dataand asking volume interview.Analysis through space of the current situation and influencing factors of the comprehensive subjective interview and objective test results.The fourth chapter,according to the heat,sound,light environment reflected by the research,research detailed study formation factors on the design of these problems,analysis the impact of these factors and adverse design factorsfrom the study of these extract of heat,sound,light.And then put forward the simple optimization design strategy.In the end,summarise the research conclusion based on previous research results,and put forward the innovation points of this paper.Through the research on the theory and measurement analysis,by means of simulation software in-depth research,completing the research of the general hospital through large space architectural physics environment status and impact factors for this thesis,and then putting forward the optimization strategy,hope these research can provide a theoretical basis and specific methods for hospital physical environment design.for problems reflected in the study of the research,hoping relevant government and design units should pay attention to the design of the physical environment of the hospital.
