Bridge’s old,aging,reduce the strength of this global problem,has attracted the attention of the world.According to statistics,there are about 600 thousand bridges in the United States,and in the middle of these bridges,there are probably 1/3 is zoned as unqualified.In our country,with the rapid development of the economy,the traffic volume increases,the traffic density and the weight of the vehicle is increasing.Heavy truck trailer running increasing,coupled with the continuous running of overweight vehicles,the burden of the bridge is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,wind and rain and other natural factors also continue to erode the structure of the bridge,due to the earthquake force,the repeated role of temperature force,resulting in a part of the bridge concrete spalling,steel exposed corrosion.In this paper,the current situation of the key diseases of urban bridges,the investigation and study,summed up.In the research of the paper,there are three key problems to be solved in Bridge overhaul and reinforcement,first of all,to ensure that the bridge to restore its intended carrying capacity,followed by the restoration of the use function,and finally to consider the durability of reinforcement.But the structure design is the most important one,which needs to be checked in the paper to check the reinforcement component of the normal section bending and diagonal shear shear and so on to meet the requirements of the existing specifications.The first part of the article put forward the urban bridge disease and its causes,combined with the actual project,to explore the bridge structure of the overhaul reinforcement method,and the modeling calculation.In the process simulation,considering the actual engineering,the bridge reinforcement treatment measures are considered to calculate the bearing capacity of the existing bridge.Low design load is a general problem in the existing urban bridge.The(Aust Aosite)program simulation calculation for the strengthening of the main girder design of bearing capacity,the computation and comparison of strengthening of the main girder of the carrying capacity,and then analyzes the original structure is able to fit the selected overhaul reinforcement way and new materials,put forward specific overhaul reinforcement measures is discussed according to the method of reinforcement;method combined with the bridge stiffness,bridge structure,waterproof layer and bridge deck pavement layer thickness factor comprehensive analysis and calculation of the horizontal girder pull.Considering the bearing capacity and re setting expansion joint and continuous bridge deck structure and composite deck reinforcement practical measures,put forward two different overhaul reinforcement scheme and reinforcement scheme on the status of the bridge effect(bar or paving bridge deck)a comparative analysis of two kinds of overhaul and select the optimal scheme(recommendations).The second part of the paper is to study the seismic strengthening design of the bridge,in the bridge design should consider the effect of earthquake and its possible influence to pay attention to.For the bridge,how to strengthen the protection,how to avoid the loss is the focus of the study of the last part of the paper.Through field investigation,combined with the existing data to set up the calculation model and in the main girder load calculation with earthquake,adding anti drop beam damper and calculation,according to the project actual choice damper installation location and quantity,put forward reliable reinforcement measures. |
