Research On The Stress Response Of Crane Operation Based On Three Dimensional Dangerous Scene

At present,the tower crane accidents has risen in recent years,according to crane talent net,88 tower crane accidents has occurred since 2014.Tower crane accident brings the huge property losses and casualties.Operators violate compasses operation is the main reason for the tower crane accidents.In all the process of tower crane accidents,tower crane operators’ response ability for tower crane danger is one of the main factors.So by studying the reactions of tower crane operator in a dangerous situation,this paper rectifies and intervenes that reactions,and puts forward the technical guidance for operators in a dangerous condition.According to the previous research results and methods in other corresponding fields,this paper analyzes the concept of stress reaction and influence factors for tower crane operator.This paper studies the behavior of the operator under the condition of stress reaction through physiological indexes(heart rate,blood pressure,and skin conductance)and performance indicators(error number,start time,finish time,the response time and the number of behavior).According to different tower crane accident reasons and results,based on the principle of typicality,diversity,comprehensiveness,paper summarizes 12 typical dangerous accidents.Paper divides into five basic types: accident fall,collision,out of control,stagnation,failure by accident characteristics.Paper simulates five dangerous scene by Vir-tools software,then experts assess the degree of danger of the five dangerous scene.Paper designs experiments and collects data for the five dangerous scenes,then the thesis analyzes the data by single factor variance through SPSS,and find out the tower crane operator characteristics in the process of stress reaction.According to the above characteristics,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions.
