This topic was submitted pursuant to the phenomenon of the existing urban gas bleeding without real-time monitoring.By a lot of practical investigation and literature reading of the classification of urban gas pipeline network,safety valve emission types and the form of emission pipe,we designed two kinds of elution flow monitors: simple turbo gas bleeding flow monitor and Pitot tube gas bleeding flow monitor.The simple turbo gas bleeding flow monitor transformed by digital wind speed instrument as a prototype.Its advantages are low cost,easy to use,simple structure,wide measuring range;the disadvantage is that the speed sensor is not resistant to impact,the measurement has inertia,can not measure the instantaneous speed flow,not long time continuous monitoring.The Pitot tube gas bleeding flow monitor transformed by Pitot flow rate meter as a prototype.The utility model has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacture,cheap,low maintenance cost,fast response speed,high measurement precision,good long-term stability,wide measuring range,resistance of instantaneous pressure,suitable for a variety of specifications of the diameter of the pipe.The disadvantage is that the installation requirements are high,and the velocity inlet section must be perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid and any deviation will affect the test results.In order to determine the instrument coefficients of the two flow monitor,we designed and built the experiment platform and carried out experiments.By measuring the instrument coefficient characteristics of the same pressure of different flow points and the same flow of different pressure and after the correction of the experimental data it was concluded that simple turbo gas bleeding flow monitor instrument coefficient was 8.857?1 / L?,the range of flow measurement was 2.5 m3/h-38 m3/h,working pressure range was 3kPa-9kPa,and it was suit for flow measurement of low pressure urban gas bleeding;Pitot tube gas bleeding flow monitor instrument coefficient was 8.542 m7/2/kg1/2,the range of flow measurement was 25.4 m3/h-203.2 m3/h,working pressure range was 0.01MPa-0.20 MPa,and it was suit for flow measurement of medium pressure urban gas bleeding.
