This paper discusses the development process of vibration monitor instruction based on the WorldFIP fieldbus. With the design method of modularization, the system is divided into four independent parts: digital sample, control, communication and display, which are discussed on the design of circuit and program. The paper analyzes the principle of anti-aliasing and full period sampling, and then puts forward the implement projects. In the paper, the principles and the way of using resource integrated in M68HC12BC32 are discussed. The debug method of BDM and Codewarrior IDE are introduced. To make the vibration monitor instruction communicates on fieldbus, the communication principles of field devices of WorldFIP fieldbus device are reviewed. At last, the system error is analyzed in the paper.
