Because of the low efficiency of injection,the disability of reuse and the easy infection,traditional needle injection was criticized by patients.However,needle-free injections were popular with patients because of the painless feature,the ability of reuse and the cross infection.Moreover,the needle-free injection was better than the needle injection in fields of aquaculture.Among many needle-free injection systems,the needle-free injection system whose drive system was Voice Coil Motor had the advantages of the controllable injection pressure,the simple operation and highly robotic level,however,the existing needle-free injection system whose drive system was Voice Coil Motor could not adjust the injection volume and accomplish the continuous injection.Due to the existing questions of the needle-free injection system whose drive system was Voice Coil Motor,a volume-adjustable continuous-jet injection system driven by Voice Coil Motor was designed.The mechanical structure,control system and operating principle of the volume-adjustable continuous-jet injection system driven by Voice Coil Motor was introduced.The theoretical model in injection,skin penetration,subcutaneous diffusion and subcutaneous infiltration of the volume-adjustable continuous-jet injection system driven by Voice Coil Motor was built.The dynamic pressure testing experiment and comparative experiment between needle-free injections and needle injections of the volume-adjustable continuous-jet injection system driven by Voice Coil Motor was processed.The theoretical and experimental data were disposed,and drew a conclusion.Structurally,there were five chapters in this paper.Chapter one: The source of issue,background of research and technological advance were introduced.The questions and disadvantages of needle-free injection systems were analyzed.The main content was presented in this paper.Chapter two: It designed the mechanical structure,control system and operating principle of the volume-adjustable continuous-jet injection system driven by Voice Coil Motor,whose operating process was introduced briefly.Because of the disability of volume-adjustable and continuous jet,it is improved and corrected the traditional needle-free injection whose drive system was Voice Coil Motor.Chapter three: It is theoretically analyzed the process of the volume-adjustable continuous-jet injection system driven by Voice Coil Motor(the process of the acceleration of coiling mover,injection,skin penetration,subcutaneous diffusion and subcutaneous infiltration).The process of subcutaneous infiltration was simulated by Fluent,which verified the veracity of Diffusion Model,Penetration Model and Infiltration Model.Chapter four: The pressure tester was built,which was calibrated.The pressure of needle-free injection system was tested dynamically,whose theoretical and experimental data was disposed.The conclusion was drawn by the data which had been disposed.The comparative experiment was finished between needle-free injections and needle injections.Chapter five: The full text was summarized.The main content and innovations were introduced.The problems and drawbacks were stressed.Because medical fields needed clinical trails,it presented that the clinical trails should be added in the future.
