Reinforced concrete structure in the last century has been widely researched and generalized, a large number of concrete structures were built around the world. However due to man-made destruction, hostile environments, natural disasters and function changes and construction materials aging, buildings need reinforcement and reconstruction. In developed countries in the world, investment on reinforcement and reconstruction has been higher than new buildings. At present, after the mass rapid construction, China’s construction industry began to enter the stage that new buildings go hand in hand with the reinforcement and reconstruction. The construction reinforcement becomes a new field of engineering construction and has a great development space. In this paper, the basic mechanism of concrete structure reinforcement and common reinforcement methods are analyzed and discussed. Combined with actual project, installment replacement concrete method is further researched and analyzed. In this paper, the main content is as follows:First the background and significance of the reinforced concrete are elaborated, the basic mechanism of reinforced concrete and the principle are analyzed, scope of application and characteristic of common strengthening methods are summarized.Then combined with example of reinforcement shear wall residential building engineering and the engineering actual situation, different reinforcement methods are compared and analyzed. The paper puts forward the applicable installment replacement concrete reinforcement methods of the project. Through the comparison analysis of finite element structure analysis software with different open hole size and different batches for the removal of the original wall displacement. The bearing capacity of the cold shear wall dismantled replacement scheme is optimized. Requirements of replacement material performance were analyzed. High-strength and non-shrinkage grouting material are used as replacement material of concrete.Then the construction technology of installment replacement method of concrete is discussed, it mainly includes the technical essential of installment replacement of concrete construction technology, settlement deformation monitoring of construction process and matters needing attention of construction, etc. According to the deformation monitoring in displacement construction and reinforced test results, the effect of displacement construction on stress state of structure components is analyzed and construction feasibility of local displacement method and reinforcement result of displacement are indirect evaluated. Finally to summarize the full text, the superiority of the proposed in installment replacement concrete and suggestions on the development of the reinforced concrete structure are putted forward. |
