Wufeng Town Landscape Planning Based On AVC Theory And GIS Technology

With the continuous development of China's economy, society and culture, people all live in a tense and busy life, in order to release the pressure and to soothe mood, it's necessary to have some good places to adjust oneself. The town, being in the outskirts of the city, is becoming the first choice for the holidays; But most existing towns cannot meet people's holiday needs, for the landscape and features of these towns are relatively simple, there are still some deficiencies, which requires a scientific and rational consideration and planning on the basis of protecting the original style of the town to form a new town landscape, so not only can enhance the attractiveness of town, and can effectively mobilize the town's tourism resources.This paper selects the actual case, Jingtang County town of Wufeng landscape planning study. In this paper, the author makes use of AVC theory, combined with Wufeng town landscape resources, to build Wufeng town landscape AVC evaluation system. Besides, five professional professors from City Planning, Landscape Designing and so on, mark scores for the evaluation system, and on the basis of which calculated the weight of each index, then through the weight of each index the author tries to evaluate the current landscape of Wufeng Town generally, after that, the author focuses on analyze the relationships with the attraction, vitality and capacity of AVC theory and Wufeng Town, and according to the current development, tries to re-plan the Wufeng landscape, taking the improving of the AVC as the purpose of the planning and ultimately improve the entire Wufeng town landscape. Through a combination of theory and practice, not only to further expand the AVC theoretical system, but also for the town of Wufeng landscape planning provides a theoretical basis.The plan is designed based on the comprehension of Wufeng town complex mountain topography, and the use of GIS technology to comprehensively master the actual situation, providing the scientific reference to the planning of functional area, building layout, plant configuration, traffic organization etc, so that the whole landscape planning tends to be more realistic and reasonable.
