| This paper studies the hydraulic press made by Sichuan Deyang machine manufacturing plant for Mudanjiang Locomotive and rolling stock factory. It is a equipment used for plate straingting and shaping, allocated to our company by the Ministry of Railways in 1987. Mainly applied in shaping plates of the frame, the side frame or the transformer box, it has been in use for 28 years. The equipment has the old structure, high failure rate, it is necessary to adopt the modern drive and control technology and modern methods of analysis to make improvement, making its function and characteristics reaching modern equilevent equipment technology levels, and reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve equipment maintenance, reliability, safety, reduce the failure rate, improve production efficiency, etc.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the hydraulic press, giving technical improvement proposals for resolving those problems, completed following researches:(1) Through disassembling and measuring the main components like working cylinder, lift cylinder, stand colume. movable beam; analyzing the feasibility of reusing it, and formulating the repairing process like cutting and chroming. After the repairment of components, it reaches the general transformation requirement, as well as improves the machine precision.(2) It also studies the PLC general control technology of electrical control, equipped with touching screen to realize automatic control of oil press driving.(3) Through calculations of hydraulic system drive, control analysis and parameters, completed the hydraulic system integral design and performance checking, ensuring such hydraulic system can meet the requirements of design.(4) Analyzing the issues arisen in installment and commissioning, and providing effective solusions.Technical transformation work is targeted, with short cycle, low cost, high efficiency, and the main technical performance index of the reformed equipment can meet the expected requirements. The results of this paper provide a reference for the transformation of the old hydraulic pressure machine, which has a certain reference value. |
