With the enlargement of construction scale in coastal regions, in the civil engineering construction, people have encountered a lot of complicated adverse foundation and foundation treatment problems, people also pay more and more attention to foundation treatment problems. Reinforced concrete precast pile due to strong durability, can bear larger load, high mechanization degree, advantages of construction progress fast, able to adapt to different soil make it widely used in our country at present a way of foundation treatment of pile foundation. As in the process of pile driving, the pile will inevitably produce compaction effect, a certain impact on the surrounding buildings and piles have been completed, which is widely concerned by geotechnical engineering.This article started relatively detailed lists at home and abroad about the research of soil compaction test research and theoretical methods, including expansion theory, the shear strength of soil and pile foundation bearing capacity theory. On this basis, combined with the first project of Vanko Seaport City in Dalian, research considering pile-soil interaction and displacement of the penetration of the finite element method.Through introducing the applicability of the large finite element software ABAQUS in geotechnical engineering and advantages, it has a powerful interface processing function, can effectively deal with large deformation and large displacement and pile-soil contact, etc. Using Mohr-Coulomb model of soil to simulate the whole process of continuous penetration of pile, through the model analyses of the precast pile in different pressure into the depth of soil in the horizontal and vertical displacement field.Finally, this paper comibines with practical engineering, analyses the theory and method to reduce the influence of compaction effect, compares before and after the model of the filling soil and pre-drilled to assist the piles method, draw he filling soil and pre-drilled to assist the piles method can effectively reduce the compaction effect on surrounding soil and the environment. Also puts forward the crowded ditch, sand well drainage, reasonable arrangement of the construction sequence, the informatization construction, and other control measures.
