Light intensity has strong random and intermittence, this makes the output of photovoltaic power generation system fluctuant. Compared with the traditional forms of power generation, the output of photovoltaic power generation system has low reliability, the large scale grid-connected photovoltaic power generation certainly will cause adverse effects for the safe operation of power grids. After photovoltaic power generations access to distribution network, distribution network becomes the active network with small and medium power from radiation passive network, voltage distribution of the distribution network is changed, it is necessary to readjust the system voltage. So this article from the grid-connected photovoltaic power generation capacity optimization model, using hybrid intelligent algorithm to validate the model through30nodes example and voltage adjustment of distribution network after photovoltaic grid-connected three aspects to research, the main work and achievements are as follows:Firstly, Building grid-connected photovoltaic power generation capacity optimal model based on credibility theory, the model considers the grid position, the fuzzy uncertainty of photovoltaic power generation output and distribution load. This has a more comprehensive and accurate description for uncertain information in the photovoltaic power supply planning, lay the foundation for distributed power planning.Secondly, genetic algorithm, stochastic simulation and artificial intelligence are combined together, put forward a hybrid intelligent algorithm, and use the method to verify the proposed model through the30node example. Verificate the proposed planning model has accuracy and superiority through MATLAB simulation platform, the model can better adapt to the randomness of the PV power station output and fuzziness of distribution load data, has higher flexibility and robustness.Finally, Combined with the characteristics of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation, studied the voltage regulation methods after Grid-connected photovoltaic power generation. This paper proposed using SVC to adjust voltage. Separately adjust voltage for different capacity and different position of grid-connected photovoltaic power, through the simulation results, the SVC’s voltage effect is ideal; even in photovoltaic power quit running, SVC can still play the supporting role.
