Steel pipe plays a very important role in the production and construction.With the progress of China's industrial production technology,the requirement of steel pipe is gradually increased.The traditional manual packaging could not be satisfied with the needs of modern production.Users in order to facilitate the transport and storage of steel and steel products packaging requirements are also improved.So it is of great practical significance and economic value to develop the equipment of steel tube finishing packaging line.Steel pipe stacker crane is an important machine of steel pipe enterprises.The completion of stacking automatically needs the steel pipe tracker crane.This paper gives a brief introduction of working principles of steel pipe stacker crane and designs its control system.The concrete study has been making in the feeding mechanism,which is the key component of steel stacker crane.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The hexagonal palletizing related calculation is conducted to provide the basis for the design of steel pipe piling machine.Principles of steel stacking machine design are described.The feeding mechanism is designed in detail and the dynamic parameters are calculated.(2)The model of the feeding mechanism of steel stacker crane is conducted a motion stimulation by the dynamics analyzing software ADAMS to test the maximum driving force,the maximum power and the working of the driving link as well as the force condition of every key hinge so as to offer reference frame for the optimization of the maximum driving force of the institution,the selection of the motor power,the understanding of its energy dissipation and the strength checking of the key parts.(3)The strength check of the main parts support plate is carried out.The modal analysis is carried out for the feeding mechanism,which provides reference for avoiding resonance.(4)According to the movement requirements of stacking machine,the PLC control system is designed.The automation and production efficiency of steel pipe stacker crane was improved.
