Stereoscopic warehouse system is the important part of logistic system, Its functionalproperties of efficient, reliable and fast access have become the research hotspot of the field.Therefore, research on flexible computer management system, developed with equipment ofhigh efficiency, fast, reliable operating machinery and accurate addressing algorithm inthree-dimensional warehouse have great significance in practical application.This paper mainly application modeling simulation technology research study onautomatic warehouse system structure and storage management system function module andapplication, establish warehouse management system model. Abstraction and simplificationthe stacker structure, analysis and calculation from dynamic and static, under the control ofmultiple speed curve deduced the pillar total deflection formula and the swing equation whichdue to high speed operation and start and stop motion, then, speed and acceleration is themain factors to affect pillar swing; and give the solution of using S speed control curve toreplace the multi-gear speed curve, simulation results, proved that S speed control curve inreducing post deformation and impact has obvious advantage. It also study and analysisseveral addressing algorithm theory and application of warehouse, and according to thesystem model choose relatively addressing algorithm as the system algorithms, design theprocedure and algorithm process, and apply PLC programming software to compiler forimplementation algorithmsThe application of this method can satisfy the requirements of efficiency and flexible ofthe three-dimensional storage, and provide safe operation guarantee for three-dimensionalstorehouse.
