Nano material is a kind of ideal lubricating oil additive.It can significantly improve the friction properties of base oil.In this paper,the suitable nano material was added to the refrigeration oil.Anti friction and anti wear properties of nano refrigeration lubricants were researched.Performance analysis of nano material used in refrigeration compressor was also carried out.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the morphology of the nano materials and its physical characteristics were analysed.The results show that: The main body structure of the fullerene is a spherical cage and the chain structure is formed because of the local molecular aggregation.The main body of nano graphene is a lamellar structure,which is partially folded and wrapped.(2)The nano fullerene and nano graphene were used as refrigeration oil additives.The nano refrigeration oil with good dispersion stability was prepared,and the mechanism of dispersion stability was the basis.The results show that: The dispersion stability of nano graphene in base oil is poor and the agglomeration settlement is very easy to occur.It is necessary to modify the surface of nano graphene.So nano graphene can be stably dispersed in the refrigeration oil.(3)Using four ball machine and high temperature friction and wear test machine(SRV)to test the friction and wear performance of the nano refrigeration lubricants.The results show that: The friction performance of nano graphene refrigeration oil is better than that of the nano fullerene refrigeration oil.The friction and wear resistance of nano refrigeration oil is better when the concentration is 2g/L.Under this concentration,the friction coefficient of the nano fullerene refrigeration oil is reduced by 18.5% compared to that of the pure oil,and the spot diameter is reduced by 25.6%.The friction coefficient of the nano graphene refrigeration oil is reduced by 21.1% compared to that of the pure oil,and the spot diameter is reduced by42.7%.(4)Using nano refrigeration oil to test the performance of the rolling piston type rotary compressors.The results show that: The effect of nano graphene refrigeration oil on the performance of the compressor is better than that of nano fullerene refrigeration oil.The input power of rolling piston type rotary compressor with nano graphene refrigeration oil is reduced by 2.22%,the average cooling capacity increased by 0.59%,and the average coefficient of performance increased by 2.84%.Overall,the input power of the compressor is reduced,and the energy efficiency is improved.
