In recent years,existed buildings with huge area and high energy-consumption become a major factor to restrict the development of green buildings.Public institutions use all or part of the national financial capital,so a highly social attention is paid to its green renovation work.Combining with the national project “The key technology research and demonstration of green retrofit on existed public institution buildings”,the green retrofit suitability evaluation system of administration office buildings in northern China was researched in this paper.Firstly,the research background and the green retrofit evaluation systems of existed buildings at home and abroad were analyzed,then,the key problem was found and the research method was build up in this paper.Secondly,the green retrofit situation of administration office buildings in northern China was developed,then,combining with the research results and existing building evaluation standards,evaluation indexes with 6 first level indicators,18 secondary indexes,58 tertiary indicators and the evaluation criterion were established.Thirdly,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle and steps were elaborated,the weight of each index was determined using AHP,and the evaluating grade which includes “appropriate”,“moderate”,“not suitable”,“obviously not suitable” was created with fuzzy math theory.Finally,an engineering example was adopted to construct the fuzzy evaluation matrix and the evaluating grade of green retrofit suitability was determined with the maximum membership principle,though that,correctness of the proposed evaluation system could be validated effectively.
