Research On The Control Elements General Village Building Style Based On Regional Expression

Due to the progress of urbanization, the guidance of new rural policy and the imperfection of village planning control, more and more villages are losing their peculiar regional styles and turning on the same characteristics. People are lost in strong nostalgia for their former homes in the process of development and construction. Different from the general villages among the traditional, they tend to be the main carriers because of their high proportion among the total villages in the country. Thus it appears particularly important to research how to control the style of the general villages and leave the villagers' memory in some simple and effective approaches.With building style as the entry point, the thesis points out that building style is an important part of village appearance and the source of memory for hometown, and even the source of nostalgia. The control over village building style can make sure an effective control over the appearance of the whole village in a large extent. The thesis starts with the component elements of the building style to find out the important elements forming general village building style by analyzing the reasons for regional building pattern. And then in combination with a series of reform cases of the building style in the traditional and general villages, the thesis has also analyzed these elements to screen out the simplest, the most effective and the easiest ones to guide. The thesis aims to reach the objective of controlling the whole village building style by controlling these elements.In the end of the thesis, the author proves the feasibility of using these elements to control the building style in the whole general villages based on case study that he took part in. The thesis attempts to find out a simple planning management instruction that is easy to guide to instruct the housing construction in the general villages, as a way to settle the lack of regional appearance in the general villages. At the same time, it is expected the thesis can provide some reference and supplement for housing construction requirement in the general villages and the improvement of the guidance contents.
