The fabricated structure refers to concrete or steel structure assembled on site with precast forcing-bearing element.The fabricated structure has good economic,social and environmental benefits which can effectively reduce labor costs,accelerate the construction progress,improve the quality of construction,and reduce construction waste,reduce the impact of construction on the surrounding environment.This kind of structure has high prefabricated degree,but the joint connection is complicated and the construction is difficult.This paper put forward a new kind of prefabricated shear wall structure(WPC systems)applied to low-storey building.The horizontal components adopt soft cable to connect,the vertical members adopt vertical reinforcement to connect.The subject works on experimental study and analysis of fabricated hollow shear wall.The subject designs four kinds of walls:straight shear wall and L-shaped wall and two kinds H-shaped shear wall.Each kind of wall contains two components,and one component is carried out experiment under 0kN pressure and another under 1000 kN pressure.According to the results of the experiments,this article draws the following conclusions:1)Failure characteristics: both the straight shear wall(1A,1B)and L-shaped shear wall(2A,2B)crushed at the corner of the wall at the final stage of the test;the cables of H-shaped walls are all pulled out of the main wall at the final stage of the test.In conclusion,the soft cable need to take further measures strengthen anchorage.2)Hysteretic behavior: the hysteretics of eight shear walls are all affected by sliding,and the hysteresis loops are not full enough,and the energy dissipation capacities are limited;the ultimate bearing capacity of H-shaped wall is much higher than straight shear wall and that indicates the abutment wall has obvious promotion effect.3)Steel strain:the upper inserted reinforcement of straight shear wall(1A,1B)and L-shaped shear wall(2A,2B)has minor strain,and didn't yield at last;but the upper inserted reinforcement of most H-shaped walls(3B,4A,4B)yielded at last.Most of the bottom inserted reinforcements of each wall yielded at last,and the yield of the bottom inserted reinforcements affect the performance of the wall directly.The wall itself has adequate reinforcements,and most reinforcements didn't yield.4)Stiffness: according to the stiffness analysis,the absolute value of cracking stiffness is high but the stiffness degradation is fast,and the article put forward fitting formulas of the wall cracking stiffness?yield stiffness?limit stiffness and the stiffness degradation curve.
