As energy and environmental problems become more and more serious, all countries are thinking about the breakthrough point of energy conservation and environmental protection in the field of architecture. Therefore, since the last century since the seventy's, countries will focus on the energy saving building, low energy buildings, and carried out fruitful research.Among these studies are representative of the United States of America's net zero energy consumption building, LEED as the standard of green building; the British zero carbon residential building; Germany's passive ultra low energy consumption building, etc.. Germany's passive ultra low energy consumption building technology is mature, strong adaptability, for the northern region of China has a large reference and learning. Super low energy consumption building passive primarily through efficient heat recovery ventilation system, airtight layer, without thermal bridge design, efficient envelope several key points to control, control of the key data properly, building energy-saving also meet environmental demand higher living.In climate characteristics, architectural features, people's living habits are different, passive ultra low energy consumption building design. Ecological layout, space form and retaining structure of light, wind, heat aspects on the basis of adaptive adjustment. The article finally selects the northern areas of Harbin Chen Creek tree garden residential project, Qinhuangdao in water project, Shandong Jianzhu University green experiment complex building project for example.
