As one the fundamental machine components of modern equipment manufacturing industry,the design and manufacturing of the gearboxes have a great influence on their performance,quality and reliability,especially for the key equipment and the main system products.Therefore,it has practical significance in improving the design,manufacturing technology and performance by quality testing of gearboxes.With the proposed new industry concept,the increase of market demand and the constant improvement of requirement in the gearbox performance,the research based on Internet + testing technology of gearbox and the intelligent and energy-saving testing has a lot of space to explore.Therefore,aiming at the key technologies for the measuring and quality control of the performance of gearbox,this paper covers the following aspect.First,the background and significance of the subject and the development of the testing technology at home and abroad were introduced,the basic method and testing method of gearbox testing were briefly discussed,the key technologies of gearbox fatigue test are summarized,and finally the contents of the dissertation and the work done were introduced.Second,the basic technology of gearbox fatigue testing rig,the theoretical basis and method of gearbox fatigue test and technical basis of energy feedback load dynamometer were introduced.Remote management control technology based on network was analyzed.Third,as the high energy consumption of gearbox fatigue test rig and especially the high cost of economic for high power gearbox fatigue testing,the application of energy feedback type loading technology in gearbox fatigue testing rig was focused.The secondary development of torque sensors' signal processing unit is developed and successfully embedded in the gearbox fatigue testing system.Fourth,based on the existing software and hardware technology,as well as considering the smart manufacturing enterprises future's needs,a processing software system equipped on the testing system of gearbox fatigue was integrated to the internet effectively.Fifth,a set of practical system was developed,and used in the actual detection which to obtain the relevant test data and experience,its practical application in the enterprise and the results to be discussed.Finally,some suggestions were given on the further work and development direction of gearbox fatigue testing.
