Flight Simulator has become highly high-tech equipment for our country in recent years, not only it has important economic value, but also has important strategic significance for our country's national defense, flight attitude of he aircraft in the air just can be simulated in the experiment by the flight simulator, The performance of its own will have an important impact on the accuracy of simulation, to this end, flight simulator must be of high precision, perfect super-low speed, high frequency response and wide speed range, it also puts forward higher requirements for the performance of electro hydraulic servo motor, swing electro-hydraulic servo motor which the swing angle is limited by a certain is unable to meet the demand now,in this case, this article will study of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor.With the continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor as the object of study, the mathematical model of continuous rotary motor electro-hydraulic position servo system and internal leakage model of continuous rotary motor electro-hydraulic servo motor is established. Based on the theory of fluid dynamics and solid mechanics, Under the Workbench15.0 ANSYS platform, the deformation of the key components of the continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor is analyzed by using ANSYS Mechanical, the deformation of motor under static pressure is obtained, and theoretical basis for the selection of fluid solid coupling method is provided.CFX is used to analyze motor's fluid model of four different positions, The pressure distribution of flow field within the motor is obtained under different pressure, and simulation results is analyzed.The pressure field as the load is applied to the solid model of the motor for FSI analysis to obtain the deformation of motor's key parts and internal leakage under differential pressure,and to study the influence of different pressure between the inlet and outlet of the motor on internal leakage and the influence of internal leakage on motor's low speed performance.In order to verify the correctness of the simulation, the experimental table of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor is built to do the leakage experiment and measure the amount of internal leakage under different pressure,The experimental results are compared with the simulation results, both change trend are consistent, the correctness of the simulation results is verified,FSI of continuous rotary electro- hydraulic servo motor provides a new method to study the leakage of motor, which has laid the theoretical foundation for future study of speed performance of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic motor, and has laid a foundation for the improvement of the motor structure design and optimization of the motor control strategy.
