Flight simulation turntable is a hardware-in-the-loop simulation equipment which can reproduce the flight attitude of the aircraft in the laboratory,and its performance will affect the accuracy of the simulation results.As its driving mechanism,the continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor is the key factor to determine the accuracy of the simulation turntable.With this background,the internal leakage and sealing performance of motor are studied in this paper.Firstly,on the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,the working principle and the position of internal leakage of motor are studied in this paper.The mathematical model of leakage and friction torque in motor are established.On this basis,the internal leakage,mechanical efficiency and volume efficiency of the motor under different working conditions are calculated respectively.According to the above research,the optimal oil film thickness between the friction pairs of the motor is determined.Secondly,through the analysis of the oil thermal characteristics of each leakage part of the motor,the design index of the minimum oil film thickness of the motor is obtained,which can effectively prevent the local overheating of the motor during operation.The fluid models with long and short radius arc of motor stator curve are established.The fluid models of motor are meshed by ICEM-CFD,and the simulation analysis is carried out with FLUENT to obtain the law of pressure distribution in the internal flow field of the motor.The variation curves of leakage in the motor under different pressure difference are obtained.Then,aiming at the sealing structure of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor,several combined sealing structure models are established when the contact angles are 30°,35°,40°,45°,50°and 55° respectively based on the rubber super-elasticity theory,which composed of rigid support ring and PTFE.MooneyRivlin in ABAQUS software is selected as the theoretical model of the sealing structure in this paper,and the motor combined sealing structure under different medium pressure are simulated and analyzed.By comparing the calculation results of leakage and viscous friction of six sealing models with different angles,the optimal sealing structure is determined.Finally,the experimental platform of the continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor is set up,and the experimental study on the leakage and volume efficiency characteristics of the motor are carried out to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation results,which lays a foundation for the follow-up control strategy research and efficiency improvement of motor.
