Study On Life Service-Based Rural Landscape Planning In The Context Of Beautiful Rural

Rural landscape is the interaction product of people and natural environment in rural areas,which is the most widely distributed complex landscape.With the acceleration of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in our country,the contradiction between the ecological environment of agriculture and the development of rural economy has increased,which made great impact on the rural landscape: some farmland are idle due to the shortage of rural labor;the rural planning is blindly following the example of urban planning;the feature of traditional rural landscape is gradually disappearing;the original rural ecological structure has degraded.According to these problems,how to co-ordinate the balanced development between the rural economy,culture,and ecological environment in the context of the beautiful rural construction,has become an important issue to be solved in the construction of rural landscape planning.The paper aims at guiding the practice work of transforming the rural landscape focused by local governments in the context of Beautiful Rural construction.The existing conditions of location,roads,buildings,green fields,river system,public space,cultural landscape,public services and infrastructure and other aspects of Dawangfu village have been investigated on the spot.Problems such as the weakening of ecological landscape,the degradation of characteristic culture,incomplete infrastructure,lack of villagers' participation,weak connection between industrial planning and rural landscape were found in Dawangfu village.Therefore,combining the industrial planning of Dawangfu Village,several planning schemes have been proposed,which are according to the planning ideology of service-based rural landscape construction.The planning ideology includes: building connection between the preceding and the following to enhance rural cultural qualities;constructing ecological,livable and sustainable developed rural environment;being with distinctive characteristics and the participation of farmers as subject.The proposed planning schemes are as follows:(1)landscape space layout: the Dawangfu Village is laid out by an industrial development spindle,a central living area,and four industry demonstration zones.The central living area is further constructed by one landscape axis extending along the main road from north to south,includes renovated residential area,new residential areas,public service area,and six nursery gardens in the core area;(2)public service facilities and infrastructure: add farm machinery compound,kindergartens,public toilets,garbage disposal station;(3)road system: improve the road network and road grade combining with vertical planning requirements;(4)green field system: take full advantage of native plants and garden ornaments to create green landscape with three levels of "point,line,surface";(5)water system: clear the river and construct ecological revetmentcombining with the terrain;(6)public place: rebuild the villagers' fitness plaza,improve the cultural,entertainment,leisure and aesthetic functions of public activity space;(7)rural cultural landscape: create a cultural landscape with rich cultural heritage by relying on the existing material carrier,digging place local characteristics,and refining local culture.At last,the planning theory of life service-based rural landscape was improved according to the feedback and implementation effect of the planning schemes.This study has certain reference value to the theory study and practical operation of beautiful rural landscape construction of Anhui province and even the whole country in the future.
