In the contemporary society,the speed of trains is keep accelerating day by day with the great development of train technology.The appearance and development of high-speed train also make brake technology be more and more significant. A better performance brake system can assure the trains'safety more effectively.The brake systems that are used nowadays may have greater challenge due to the increasing of trains'formation?deadweight and speed, which lead to more and more problems of the brake system,such as derailment,etc.Though the air braking system that is prevalent used now has good reliability,it also has some shortcomings,such as control accuracy and heavy weight,and these scarcities should be improved.In this paper,the main task is to set up train hydraulic braking test-bed and attempt to figure out these problems,the research findings are as follows:1.The brake test-bed hydraulic system has been designed as well as the selection of the relevant components.2.Designing the mechanical part of the test-bed,drawing components graphs,then checking the components and using ANSYS to build models and analyze static force structure of the components in order to assure the reliability of the design,at last,put it on production.3.Using matlab to build models of the status of motion of the brake test-bed's braking process and moving on to the simulation,then using ANSYS to analyze the thermal field of the braking process.At last,a range of appropriate braking pressure is obtained combining practice.
