As the environmental and energy issues have become increasingly severe in our country, the research on the use of low-grade waste heat get more and more attention.Power generation based on Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC) is one of the effective ways to recycle low-grade waste energy. Compared with the conventional Rankine Cycle, ORC is more efficient on the use of low-grade waste heat.The Organic Rankine Cycle Power generation is a complex process which is nonlinear,multivariable and strongly-coupling. In this paper, based on the previous research, the dynamic model of key components in Organic Rankine Cycle is established by using the theory of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, etc.By using the hierarchical modeling mechanism and the mathematical models, the dynamic simulation models of these key components in Organic Rankine Cycle are set up.And according to the coupling relationship between the system components, the models of the various components are combined to construct the integrated simulation model of the Power generation based on Organic Rankine Cycle. Based on the established model,several dynamic simulation experiments are performed. And the system parameters and the cycle efficiency are analyzed.According to the results of the disturbance simulation experiments, the control system of evaporator and organic fluid turbine are proposed. In evaporator control system, through use the mass flow to control the outlet temperature.and in organic fluid turbine control system, through adjust the valve opening to control the power and frequency. By establishing the dynamic simulation of the control system on Simulink platform, several experiments are performed. According to the control parameters turning experiments, the control parameters of various controller are obtained. And through simulation experiments under several disturbances, the performance of each control system is studied. The results of simulation experiments show that the designed control system has a good control effect.
