Tracking photovoltaic array parameters include cell panel's orientation, installation angle, array space and running time, which restrict each other and impact the investment benefit of photovoltaic power station together.Generally, in order to improve the power output of the equipment, tilted single-axis tracking photovoltaic cell panel should be toward the south and inclined to install. So the installation angle is usually designed with the goal of maximum solar radiation throughout a year. The paper proposes a model to calculate the solar radiation of tilted single-axis tracking cell panel, studies the relationship between installation angle and solar radiation, and designs the optimal installation angle by genetic algorithm.Besides, to improve the investment benefit of photovoltaic power station, the array spacing and running time of photovoltaic devices should be configured reasonably with the goal of maximum investment benefit. The paper analyzes the restrict relationship between above three parameters and designs an optimal model by genetic algorithm to solve the parameters.Finally, related experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy of calculated model and the availability of optimal method.
