In recent years, along with the rapid development of electric vehicles, electric vehicle has become the development trend of the automobile industry. This article mainly studys on the two key technology of the electric vehicle: drive motor and motor control technology. Under the background of National Natural Science Foundation of China, This article mainly focus on the implementation of multi-disc permanent magnet synchronous motor driver. This article studys on the power module of drive system, control system and hardware circuit,established an experiment platform for the multi-disc permanent magnet synchronous driver.First of all, this paper introduced the motor drive system performance requirements of electric vehicle, showed the advantages of the designed motor by this syetem in electric vehicle application.And then introduced the principle and control strategys of multi-disc permanent magnet synchronous motor, at last this paper analyzed the related basic theory knowledge in driver system.Secondly, hardware block diagram of the overall system is completed according to the characteristics of multi-disc permanent magnet synchronous motor,determined the structure of each module by comparing the specific plans.Then the main power circuit,auxiliary power circuit, the control circuit, heat sink are detailly analyzed and designed. At last this paper designed electromagnetic compatibility of the circuit board.Finally, after completion of the hardware design,we actually made the motor driver syetem,then we debugged each module of the drive system.After that we did experiments for the whole system combined with motor and control softwares,and analyzed and discussed problems during the experiments. Experimental results indicate that the design is correct and reliable. Then a summary of the paper is made, the deficiency and errors of the research is pointed out, and the nest step work is discussed.
