Electric vehicles are a new type of energy vehicles, compared with the traditional fuel vehicles, Electric vehicles have many advantages, such as low carbon and environmental protection, energy saving and so on, lithium battery with its superior performance has been widely used in electric vehicles, because the lithium battery is obviously inconsistency and time-varying, the requirements of the charging and discharging are very high, when batteries are overvoltage, or short circuit, will make the temperature of the lithium battery rise, it is harmful to the performance of lithium battery.This paper is based on the technology of electric vehicle fast charging and the lithium battery characteristics, take the rated voltage of 48 V,100Ah lithium battery as example, propose the solution about the battery state detection system based on S3C2440(ARM9) and inter-integrated circuit bus, differential voltage detection method to realize the power battery voltage detection, meet the requirements of the system voltage detection accuracy(±0.1V), with the current parameters detection module, through analyze the shortage of hall current parameter detection method, proposed a precision resistor divider of current detection method, through analyze the result of simulation, it can meet the requirements of the system current detection accuracy( ±0.1A), then study and analysis the principle of temperature detection module, the system adopt the temperature sensor(LM35 series) test for temperature detection module, satisfy the system temperature detection accuracy(±2?), then according to the requirement of system software, research and introduce the process of system software, and do the feasibility analysis, finally, the system circuit is verified by simulation, by analyzing the result, the expected functionality has been well realized.This paper propose the detection system can acquire and process the real-time data, the design method put forward in this paper has been proved work correctly in system, it can provide guidance to relative engineering design. |
