| With the growing development of ship industry, we can get a great deal of profits such as good economic and social benefits, wide project promotion and industrialization prospects when we carry out research on hydraulic control system of the aerial work truck with straight arm. Depend on the development of aerial work truck and the current research status on domestic and abroad on hydraulic system, we fully realize the difference and gap of technology research ability between domestic and abroad. Based on fully understand the future trend in aerial work truck and technical characteristics of aerial work truck abroad, combining the design target, we have completed the design and research work on the hydraulic system of aerial work truck, automatic leveling system and electro-hydraulic proportional control system.First, from the hydraulic system design requirement of the vehicle-mounted aerial work truck with straight arm, make the basis circuit through multiple system design theory and method, including the luffing circuit, arm stretching circuit, rotary circuit, leveling circuit. Finally, we get a feasible hydraulic system and draw the hydraulic system diagram. Put forward the detailed design scheme of main components of the hydraulic system. According to the characteristics and key problems of three kinds of leveling scheme, we analyze its principle and derived its mathematical models, and put forward the corresponding method for leveling. In order to fully understand the control characteristics of load sensitive system, analyzes the working principle of load sensing pump at first, then deduced the mathematical model and transfer function of load sensing pump. And complete the analysis and research on the dynamic characteristics of load sensitive variable displacement pump based on AMESim. According to the flow saturation situation of load sensing system which appears in multi-actuators, we build the AMESim simulation model and analyze the function mechanism. Then we put forward the corresponding solutions, such as flow control, LUDV system, flow division control and so on. Based on the design parameters of aerial work truck model, we build up the AMESim simulation model of whole vehicle, analyze the performance characteristics of sensitive hydraulic system under different working condition, and compared with the performance of the traditional quantitative pump system. At last, on the basis of analysis of function requirements on aerial work truck with straight arm, we identify the composition of control system, and summarize the advantages of EPEC and CAN-BUS technical protocol. Then to complete the hardware design of the aerial vehicle control system based on CAN-BUS technology, and assign up the I/O port of each controller, and compiled the control flow chart for each controller.The system adopts the control form of load sensitive variable pump and proportional valves, and there are many advantages such small installation space, good performance, high efficiency of hydraulic system, and provides a good platform for the design and development of various types of aerial work truck. |
