The rapid development and widely used of Internet technology improved the standard of people’s living. Internet of vehicles, as an important branch of Internet technology, has been paid more and more attention. Nowadays logistics industry is developing rapidly, but the terminal types supported by logistics vehicle monitoring system is still single. So developing logistics vehicles public platform, which can support a variety of terminal protocols, has important research significance.This thesis was in part supported by Science & Technology Pillar Program of Hubei Province "the Key Technology and application demonstration of Logistics Vehicle Collaborative Supervision based on Telematics "(2014BAA146), studied logistics vehicles public platform. The main contents are as follows:1) Through analysis of the existing system architecture solutions and based on the logistics vehicle characteristics, this thesis designed the five modules of system architecture: the gateway server responsible for the GPS vehicle terminal docking, the communication server responsible for platform docking, the business processing server responsible for business processing, the database server responsible for data storage, the Web server responsible for user interaction. This design helped to realize the separation of business processing.2) The thesis establish the data format of the communication between module which is compatible with ministry protocols and non-ministry protocols. The GPS data format uploaded from different vehicle terminals is different. The establishment of the unified data format of communication between modules helps to facilitate the data communication between system modules. Through comparing the data format, we finally select JSON as the communication data format to classify and integrate the data and determine specific function format in the communication data.3) This thesis designed the system with MVC three-tier architecture and database segmentation. Firstly, through comparison of MSMQ, ZMQ and other five kinds of the message queue framework, this thesis selected ZMQ as the communication framework between modules; secondly, by the technology of Sharding, this thesis vertically splited the database into three parts: the basic information, the GPS positioning and Baidu rectification, flatly divided the GPS database monthly and splited the tables of Baidu rectification database by region. third, divided the business module into several modules, such as real-time data transmission, alarm processing, fuel consumption analysis and scheduling, and also completed the design and development of this module; finally, used MVC three layer structure mode to develop the Web server, tested the overall system and finished the deployment and release of the system.The logistics vehicles public platform designed in this thesis is compatible with many types of car terminals and of high reliability and practicability. The unified management of logistics through this public platform helps to reduce traffic accidents and improve the operation efficiency of logistics vehicles.
