In the science and technology developed today, especially with the development of computer information technology and endoscopic technology, people put more and more attention to health issue. Medical endoscope image processing technology is rapid development in recent decades. But in for endotracheal intubation clinical endoscope, video pixel generally is not high, and is not convenient to carry, especially in patients with difficult airway emergency tracheal intubation success rate is not high, the operator can only airway tube pull testing for many times, patients with laryngeal local damage is serious, easily caused of the patient's stress response(e.g., cardiovascular reaction), and the function of it is not perfect, and has certain limitation.Research of the portable endotracheal intubation endoscope is developed specifically for this phenomenon. It is a helping emergency tracheal intubation of a kind of portable electronic medical of first aid equipment. With 3 times in clinical observe god sees with endoscope video image acquisition of the pixels, and more powerful, easily to carry, and is the most optimal emergency tracheal intubation medical equipment.This research adopts the latest CMOS image sensor, use high-performance S3C6410 processing chip and the driver-design based on Linux system platform. According to the system requirements and performance analysis, by comparing different endoscopic system solutions, we select the CMOS image sensor module to collect images as the video image signal input system, using a powerful video decoding chip decoding, using SCCB interface bus protocol based on video image transmission, using S3C6410 chips as the main chip with2 pieces RAM and 1 piece of NandFlash to make up the complementary ARM11 core module processes the data, and then based on Linux operating system platform to realize electronic portable medical endoscope system solutions. The research work includes three stages: model development phase, the system platform development and prototype development phase. Mainly includes the medical electronic portable endotracheal intubation endoscope system hardware and software of the system design. Hardware module design part, mainly consists of the front-end video mini camera module, data acquisition module, video decoding module, S3C6410 core processor module, display module, memory module, battery management module and power supply module, etc. To platform environment of software design part, we have conducted a series of software design from a Linux system, the bootstrap Uboot transplantation, the kernel transplantation, file system image, and then to use cross-compilation cooperate joint debugging hardware module, and the camera interface, TVP5151 decoding module driver writing and eventually the transplantation of target board module driver writing, kernel out at the end of the prototype, the prototype of the software and hardware joint test and so on. Finally we developed a kind portable endotracheal intubation endoscope system with the miniature camera module to collect video image signal and via TVP5151 video decoding transmission to ARM11 processor after processing, and real-time display and storage, battery life more than 4 hours on the target plate of 4 layer of high speed PCB.
