The development of communication technology, has profoundly improved mode of production and human's lifestyles, and also furthered development of all fields such as economy and engineering. Especially the wireless communication technology, not only contains all the abilities of traditional wired technology, but also expands into infinite space, which draws more attention for further research. Based on the vehicle driving wandering test system, this article mainly discusses the application of wireless communication technology. Besides, in order to maintain the real-time performance and stability of the test system, the article puts forward an improvement strategy for the delay problem appeared in the communication process, without any changes in the communication environment and external test devices.According to the study of the process in vehicle wandering test system, this article introduces the wireless communication module from the perspectives of the communication hardware composition, performance indicator and related wireless communication technology. Then, based on the traditional continuous wireless communication strategy, it explores the structure of communication network, the matching process of sending test information, and the program code of the Client and Server, to complete the design of wireless communication module. Through the analysis of delay problem in the real test, it will establish the related simulation model to introduce the relationship between environmental electromagnetic field strength and communication error rate. In the end, the article proposes the spilt communication strategy, and modifies the corresponding communication program.The main research object of the article is the real-time performance, which is the premise in the vehicle driving wandering test system. However, in variable environment especially in strong electromagnetic environment, the communication is easily interrupted, which will lead to the obvious delay problem. In order to maintain the correctness of real-time performance, the article applies the method of combining theory analysis and practical experiment. And it proposes an improvement strategy creatively which can effectively guarantee the authentication of test vehicle in real-time, through drawing the timeline of dynamic communication process from the perspective of transport in TCP. Besides, through the Markov Chain Communication Process to establish the traditional and improved mathematical models, the article will judge the performance of spilt strategy from the theory. Moreover in the practical experiment, it will also take large numbers of tests to examine whether the real-time performance of spilt strategy has been optimized, from the perspective of single wireless communication module and whole vehicle driving wandering test system.The practical testing proves that the split strategy has higher communication performance in real complicated electromagnetic environment and further improves the effectiveness of the test system.
