Crankshaft is a key component of the engine, it is converted the vertical reciprocating movement of the piston to rotary motion of the output shaft. Crankshaft eccentric axis of the spindle axis of the neck, so Crankshaft machining is one of the difficulties of the crankshaft machining. Currently, the crankshaft main journal and rod neck are processed separately, so that the need for multiple setups, causing repeated positioning, low degree of automation, to a large extent the labor of workers, high labor costs, low efficiency and reduce the efficiency of enterprises Yes, the lack of market competitiveness of enterprises. To solve this problem, our group proposed a new concept of composite turning the crank.Turning the crank compound(national invention patent(already open)) works: synchronous rotation of the crankshaft and the turret, the work piece during machining of the work piece and the rotary motion of the rotary motion of the tool holder. The processing object is the crankshaft main journal and rod journal, to achieve a complete clamping spindle neck and neck turning rod. To achieve this processing method is required to ensure an important condition: i.e., during processing with the tool head rotary link to be processed to synchronize rotation of the crankshaft rotation angle. So head frame box spindle rotation movement and synchronization requirements of high turret rotating motion.According to this principle, the research team has developed a test device for turning the crank compound in the form of movement can demonstrate the principle of turning the complex, but there are still some problems in terms of achieving the actual cutting.Deal with the problems, we design a new turret system and headstock tank turret spindle to drive chain between the input of the system for the object, the structure of the associated drive chain to improve the design, as well as the drive dynamic characteristics of the chain were studied. The main contents are as follows:1. The basis of the crankshaft turning servo turret principle and deficiencies of the existing system, proposed the new turret system.2. The Spindle- establish the transmission chain tool system object model threedimensional model of the transmission chain. Source angular error of the analysis. Spindle- angular error turret system drivetrain preliminary calculations.3. Research spindle- tool system dynamics model of the transmission chain. Specific function damping model and meshing error analysis model through a mathematical model to find the system output and input angle between the corner- with gear- rotor model and model-based reverse gear pair establishing spindle- head drive chain stiffness relationship, to understand the dynamic characteristics of the transmission chain.4. Due to changes in the structure of the tool system, leading to changes in other related test device structures, and therefore the associated structural changes to improve the design, including the newly added drive chain ends hanging round institutions.
