The Application Of Architectural Elements Of Tujia Minority In Contemporary Architecture

As a result of the need of human life daily life and production activities, the architecture comes into being, and has a history of several thousand years. It not only can be called the crystallization of human wisdom and the treasure of culture and art, but also the symbol of the national spirit and national culture of Tujia Minority, which contains rich folk customs.Due to its unique geographical location and the long history of cultural heritage, Tujia traditional architecture has obvious geographical and cultural characteristics. Therefore, this article takes the architecture of Tujia Minority as the main research object. Through the traditional architecture of Tujia Minority, what we can realize is that, the ethnic cultural traits and the embodiment of the national culture spirit of a national architecture which has a profound culture heritage.Based on the reading of a large number of literatures and turning to relevant historical data, through the field visit and investigation in regions such as western Hubei and southeast Chongqing, combined with Design, Art, Architectural aesthetics, Cultural Anthropology and other related disciplines, this article sorts out and sums up the formation of Tujia traditional architecture and traditional architecture elements. On this basis, this paper puts forward the necessity of traditional architectural elements in contemporary applications, and finds out the differences between the use of Tujia traditional architectural elements in contemporary architecture and the internationalization of contemporary architecture. Meanwhile, it analyzes the problems existing in the application of Tujia traditional architectural elements in the contemporary architecture, and on this basis, it explores the specific methods and models, digs into the cultural connotation and artistic charm of Tujia traditional architecture, discusses how to apply the Tujia traditional architectural elements to the contemporary architecture design reasonably, and points out its future development directions. This paper aims to provide the corresponding reference and guidance for the application of traditional architectural elements in the future of architectural design, which will play a small part in the vigorous development of the contemporary architectural design.
