| As important equipment on piling engineering under water, the application of pile driver is of practical significance on China’s inland river development, ocean space construction, development of marine resources, and protection of ocean territory rights. In this paper, based on a large pile driver’s performance requirement and technical data on hydraulic system, firstly, we have had onsite investigation of the part of domestic pile drivers, and had a thorough understanding about the compose of the pile driver, the construction craft and its characteristics; according to the characteristics of a large pile driving, this paper formulated the construction processes of the studying pile driver and the load characteristics of the piling cycle; through a comprehensive analysis about configuration of the diesel engine and hydraulic pump and speed control circuit, the energy saving design,which the large pile driver hydraulic system, is completed; based on the mathematical model and simulation the model, the working characteristics of the pile driver hydraulic system and efficiency characteristics are simulated in the AMESim simulation platform. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows.1) The development conditions are reviewed about the domestic and international pile drivers and their hydraulic system in this paper, and the survey, which is about compositions of the part of domestic pile drivers, the pile sinking processes and its characteristics, has been completed, then the purpose and the main work content of the study are defined in this paper.2) Base on working conditions researched of the part of domestic pile drivers, construction process of the large pile driver were studied, and its sequential load characteristics is established; then, the number and the configuration of the diesel engine and hydraulic pump group which are used in system, are defined.3) The model of the pumps used in hydraulic system and speed control circuit are thorough analyzed, and the energy saving design of the large pile driver hydraulic system is completed, and then energy saving characteristics of the hydraulic system is comprehensive evaluated.4) The mathematical model, which is about the circuit of moving boat winches and luffing hydraulic cylinder, is established, and the efficiency characteristics of the hydraulic system of pile driver is analyzed.5) According to the principle of hydraulic system designed, the simulation models about the pump of LRDS, moving boat winches and luffing hydraulic cylinder of the pile driver are established and tested in the AMESim simulation platform; comprehensive numerical simulation and the analysis of system efficiency characteristics are completed. The results show that, the large pile driver researched, which uses power-matching hydraulic system which puts to use electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve to achieve load-sensing control and use electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve to regulate the speed of actuators, has many characteristics such as complete functions, reasonable utilization of the power, remarkable effect of the energy saving, safe and reliable and so on. The results provide theoretical basis and design reference for the development of the large pile driver hydraulic system. |
