The structure of the lattice steel column is far away from the neutral axis,which is beneficial to improve the structural rigidity under the same material usage.It is more common in the application of high,large span and foundation pit excavation.However,due to the complexity of the environment,of ten due to the impact of lifting heavy objects,passing vehicles and construction equipment,which makes the bearing capacity greatly reduced or even advance into the yield state.Taking into account the complexity of component replacement and it’s important role in the structural force,suffered lateral impact damage components tend to continue to work in the damaged state.Lattice steel column after the lateral impact can cause local and overall damage deformation,the ultimate bearing capacit y of the component will be greatly reduced,and brings great hidden danger to the safety of the structure,work with safety accident probability in crease greatly.However,it is not only possible to save material but also to avoid some of the problems arising from the replacement of the components by taking the appropriate way to reinforce the damaged Lattice steel column.Therefore,it is of practical engineering significance to study t he stress performance of the reinforced lattice steel column which suffered the lateral impact and is overall buckling due to the effect of axial force to improve the component life cycle and structure security.This paper mainly studies the stress behavior of the specimen after the reinforcement.The main contents are as follows:First,the lateral impact test of the six lattice steel column was carried out,and then do axial static load experiment for the specimen mentioned above and two comparative specimen,record the specimen damage morphology,ultimate bearing capacity and other information,finally,the reinforcement of utsourcing reinforced concrete with eight damaged lattice steel column specimen was carried out.2nd,used the 500tYAW-5000 microcomputer control battery solution servo compression testing machine of Taiyuan University of Technology’s s tructural laboratory to complete the static load test on the eight reinforced specimens,during the test,observed the component destruction shape,and records failure mode,axial load and displacement,mid-displacement,axia 1 steel,longitudinal steel and concrete strain.3rd,uses the ABAQUS finite element software,established the reinfo rcedconcrete columns under the same material conditions and the specimen model of reinforced concrete columns with a kind of integral buckling angle,and the above two models were simulated by vertical ultimate bearing capacity.The axial ultimate bearing capacity of concrete specimens and composite specimens was recorded and the test results were compared to verify the reinforcement effect and mechanical performance of the specimens.
