Because of its simple preparation, low price and high power conversion efficiency, the thin-film perovskite solar cells is considered to be the most potential for the industrial production, as well as the most promising to replace silicon solar cells. Our article firstly prepared the solar cell photoanode films, then porous film of perovskite solar cells, carbon counter electrode and perovskite were prepared and characterized, and the connection between various factors and solar cells was explored. At last, simple preparation and low-price perovskite solar cells were prepared. Achievements had been made as follows:(1) The solar cell photoanode films were prepared by spin coating, through reaching the effects of factors on the morphology of photoanode films and solar cells,the preferred plan of spin coating had been achieved as follows:ultrasound time is 30 minute, annealing temperature is 450?, two porous films and spin speed is 7000r/min. At last our highest power conversion efficiency is 3.1%.(2) The perovskite solar cells porous films were prepared by screen printing, through reaching the effects of factors on the morphology of porous films and solar cells, the preferred plan of spin coating had been achieved as follows:the content of nanopowder, ethyl cellulose ethoce and acetylacetone is 4%,7% and 1% respectively, mill for 1 h, ultrasound for 30 minute. The effects of thickness of SiO2 layer on solar cells are also studied.(3) Carbon size was prepared, and then carbon counter electrode was prepared by draw-off method. The effects of annealing temperature, solvent, binder and different amount carbon black on carbon counter electrode and solar cells were studied and the highest power conversion efficiency is 2.16%.(4)Perovskite was prepared by one-step solution process, and its properties were studied. The effects of annealing temperature, concentration and purity of perovskite on solar cells were studied. After modified, the highest power conversion efficiency is 3.48%.The innovation points of the work include the following two aspects:(1)A carbon counter electrode of simple preparation and low price which used for perovskite solar cells has been prepared and studied.(2)Through reaching the effects of perovskite on solar cells, we found power conversion efficiency was improved when perovskite was prepared at 70?.
