The invention of electricity as an important symbol of modern civilization, is the lifeblood of a modern economy. The electric power is a kind of convenient transport, easy to use, the most clean energy, has pervaded every aspect of society in all areas of life, family, industrial, agricultural, commercial, military and so on, which can't be replaced. With all walks of life on the increasing electrical energy, electrical security show more and more impo rtant.Electrical accidents in daily life due to electrical equipment line leakage caused by improper use or have occurred, leakage, low voltage distribution system line leakage, overload and short-circuit electrical equipment will cause fire. Every year because there are thousands of deaths caused by electric shock, leakage fire caused economic losses of billions. So in many cases to install leakage intelligent circuit breaker, leakage intelligent protection equipment on leakage, electric shock and overload electric fault protection, plays an important role in preventing leakage fire and electric shock. In this paper, combined with the basis of company CM2 L and leakage protection technology based on the analysis of domestic, 'design and research of intelligent molded case control technology' circuit breaker with residual current adaptive function. The design of the hardware includes six parts, power supply circuit, the external signal detection circuit(including residual current sampling, temperature and humidity sampling, four phase current sampling), keyboard setting circuit, display circuit, communication circuit, MCU part of the main control part. In the software design, taking into account the mutation concept and slowly varying residual current, accord ing to temperature and humidity changes and residual current slow change, change the leakage action threshold, at the same time to meet the three section protection function of instantaneous overload long delay and overload, short delay time, can communicate with the host computer and the LCD module display the phase current leakage, value. Finally, consider reasonable distribution of the overall resources of MCU, through programming, to complete the project design.
