| Currently, more than 90% vehicles are related to electronic control technology on technological innovation; therefore, improving usability of the electronic contro 1 system is one of the key research and development of vehicle. Transmission syste mof plays a key role which directly determines economy, power, reliability and co mfort of vehicle. Mechanical automatic transmission AMT started shifting control r equires not only a smooth start without impact and minimizes friction clutch slip, b ut also fully reflects the driver’s intention.It is difficult to realize the clutch automa tic control due to clutch control problem with nonlinear dynamic, time-varying, str ong coupling and difficult modeling features.In this article, during the starting and shifting process of AMT vehicle, clutch control is not accurate, and easily leading to key problems, such as serious wear of clutch and larger impact vehicles. With AMT clutch as the research object, starting and shifting quality as the goal, in order to improve the design relevant control strategy. Controller can be divided into decision-making level controller and executive level controller, intelligent control technology is used in decision-making level controller, through that driver’s intentions, vehicle running status and the vehicle traffic conditions are identified, control scheme of the actuator is determined based on the control strategy. In Executive level controller, motor drive actuator is applied to control to complete control goal fast and accurately. The principle of clutch automatic joint is studied in the process of starting, in order to realize the clutch "fast, slow and fast" joint rule, a fuzzy adaptive control method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the fuzzy control is used to concretely analyze the uncertain parameters of clutch control problem, and then the adaptive control theory is applied to modify the fuzzy control rules with the input parameters as the control object. Simulation model is established through ADAMS software and MATLAB/Simulink software, the proposed clutch fuzzy adaptive control strategy is analyzed with the original fuzzy control strategy. The effectiveness and the feasibility are verified.Shift control is another important aspect of AMT vehicle control, in this paper, analyzes the characteristics of the optimal shift schedule is analyzed. The improved the shift quality of control method of clutch fuzzy self-tuning PID is studied. The model of AMT vehicle shift process is established, including the shift schedule module, driving environment module, driver intention module and the target gear comprehensive judgment module. Through the joint simulation of ADAMS software and MATLAB/Simulink software, the effect of clutch control strategies is verified under the best performance shift schedule and the best fuel economy shift schedule. |
