| As people’s living standards rise increasingly, the performances ofvehicle people requirs are more and more high, so the traditional manualtransmission can not meet the superior performance people requirs.Automatic transmission technology is the inevitable trend as thedevelopment of vehicle electronic control technology. Considering ournational conditions, the development of double clutch automatictransmission is the most suitable for China’s sustainable developmentstrategy. The research and development of double clutch automatictransmission have very important significance to promote domesticautomatic transmission technology.In the paper, combing with a project about double clutch automatictransmission of car factory, the study about shifting schedule and clutchcontrol strategy was done. According to the engine steady-state test data,related vehicle technical parameters and related knowledge about vehicledynamics, the optimal power upshifting points could be acquired throughthe graphic method, and the optimal economic upshifting points could beacquired through the analytic method. According to different degree ofconvergence, the optimal power downshifting points and economicdownshifting points could be acquired. Finally, the optimal power shiftingschedule and economic schedule, based on the velocity and throttle angle,were established. Considering different gears and throttle angles, therequirements vehicle needed were different in the power performance andfuel economic performance. So the comprehensive shift schedule wasacquired by adjusting the optimal power schedule and fuel economicschedule, in order to meet the power performance and fuel economicperformance vehicle needed. In the paper, considering the different runningcondition and different driver intention, the vehicle performance neededwas different, the recognition of driver intention and the intellective adjusted strategy of gear in different running condition were established bysimulink, and finished the simulation of the model, finally the feasibility ofthe control strategy was verified. Through the dynamic analysis of clutchwhen vehicle was starting and gear shifting, the clutch fuzzy controlstrategy were established. The control model was established by simulink,and finished the simulation of the model, finally the feasibility of thecontrol strategy was verified. In order to verify the performance of thecontrol strategy, the whole vehicle control model was established, and theoffline simulation and rapid control prototype test were done respectively.And the correctness of the control strategy was verified.In this paper, through the experiment, the shifting schedule and theclutch control strategy of the wet dual clutch automatic transmission wereproved to be right and reasonable. And the research method can be appliedto the actual control of automatic transmission vehicles, in order to providesome theoretical bases for the development of double clutch automatictransmission controller. At the same time, the research method and theoryalso can be used for the development of other types automatic transmission. |
