This paper aims to make comprehensive use of project management theory knowledge, using the theory and method of financial evaluation of real estate projects, closely combined with the actual situation of our new century square project in Huaihua city, this paper, starting from the project estimation, prediction of project objective economic benefits, then draws the conclusion of financial evaluation of comprehensive scientific and rational project. Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts, the main content of each part is as follows:The first part is the introduction.
